A lot of people asked me, what's the secret of success in your Inman and early language?


What happened to Huimei's 16-year history? Sales, or brand awareness? Even today I firmly believe that our most valuable asset is the three major spirits of Huimei.


The first is the "spirit of the sea"


More than 1,000 Huimei people present here all come from all corners of the country. We all come from different families and different cultural backgrounds. More than 1,000 people, what is the hardest thing to do? I think that twisting a rope is the hardest thing, but we did it.


Today's show I just watched had 70s, 80s, 90s. I saw what it looked like after 70. I also saw what it looked like after 80. After 90, we live in different families. Different. Background, different ideas; but after everyone came to Huimei, people of our different ages will work together toward a goal, whether you are after 70, 80, 90.


This year, I saw Inman and the early language. In the past year just now, our two teams have jointly solved the difficulties and difficulties encountered in many jobs. The two teams interacted with each other to solve each other's work. To all the problems.

I saw that all Huimei people have a common power, that is, all Huimei people are together and tightly embraced together. From 1998 to 2005, we used Alibaba's platform to find a lot of customers around the world, expanding the scale of our factory from dozens of people to thousands.


By 2008, we began to work on "Inman", positioning Inman as a "cotton/hemp artist" (Yan Man's lyrics), and we began to work on our Internet business.


At that time, the factory floor was only 20 square meters of warehouse on the 13th floor of our current 13th floor (location of Huimei Group). Now that our warehouse has three or four thousand square feet, we have gone from a few hundred dollars a day to several tens of thousands of dollars a day. By this year we have created a sales volume of over a billion dollars a day; along the way, we all keep our innovations anytime, anywhere. If we are still intoxicated, there will be no today.


In the past when I was an OEM partner with me, 98% of them had already been eliminated. I have a very good friend. The original factory is bigger than me. He is now managing the warehouse. He leads a salary of more than 10,000 yuan a month. This is the competition in a fierce environment. If we do not have the spirit of eating crabs, we will not be able to firmly develop it today.


It is precisely because we have a high sense of crisis and a strong sense of innovation and urgency. It is precisely because of these three major spirits that we have achieved some results today.
