5.2.4 Determination of air permeability According to the provisions of GB/T 5453-1997, select 20cm2 test head, set a pressure difference of 100Pa, use l/m2/s measurement units.
5.2.5 Select one of the following methods according to the contract or agreement to determine the width.
5.2.5.1 Measure the width of the roll with a steel tape measure to the width of the roll, accurate to 1mm,
5.2.5.2 Unwinding The fabric should be loosened, at least 5m away from the head of the roll, and measure at least 5 webs with the tape measure to the nearest 1mm. Calculate the average (reserve the integer number) as the width of the rollover.
6. Inspection Rules 6.1 The quality, strength, elongation, hydrostatic pressure, air permeability, and width of square meters in the project's technical requirements shall be the factory inspection items. The products shall be inspected by the inspection department of the production plant and shall be accompanied by qualified products. The certificate can be shipped from the factory.
6.2 In batches, each batch of product must be composed of the same raw material ratio, process conditions, and specifications for continuous production.
6.3 Sampling requirements Each batch of products shall be in accordance with 7.3 of FZ/T64004-93. The length of the sample taken for physical performance shall be 3m long and shall be cut and calibrated at a distance of more than 1m from the head. Record the sampling period, production team, and product specifications.
6.4 Evaluation of Inspection Results The lowest level of the assessment item in the technical requirements shall be determined as the grade of the batch of products, the physical and mechanical properties shall be determined in batches, the appearance quality shall be determined by volume evaluation, etc. If the physical and mechanical performance test results do not meet the requirements, they may be doubled. Samples are sampled and the retest of the project is carried out to determine the final result of the retest.
6.5 Acceptance rules 6.5.1 The manufacturer shall perform acceptance inspection within 1 month after delivery according to the quality inspection. If not, he shall receive the goods according to the delivery party inspection result.
6.5.2 At the time of acceptance, the physical and mechanical performance test shall randomly sample the samples according to 10% of the delivery quantity in the batch of products, and shall not be less than 2 rolls. Each volume shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6. The average value of each roll test shall be The final result. Appearance inspection shall be retested at 20% of the delivery volume from the batch of products, and shall not be less than 5 rolls. Under the illumination of 400-600LX, the roll-to-roll inspection shall be carried out on a roll-by-roll basis. If the non-compliance rate exceeds 8%, then The batch of products is reduced by one level.
