In most production lines, the final step involves profile extrusion, where the shaped product is pushed out from the extruder. When multiple extruders are used together, it enables the creation of complex, multi-layer products made from different synthetic materials, such as automotive fuel hoses. For safety, these hoses often have four or more layers on the inner wall to prevent leaks and ensure durability. All operations across the entire plant are managed by a central control unit, with real-time monitoring available in the control room. Customized system solutions are offered to accommodate various extrusion needs. Adjustments can often be made directly at the production site using simple data input methods, eliminating the need for lengthy software changes.
